Complementary Consultation

A successful health journey is built on trust, alignment, and a good working relationship. Complimentary consultations are offered to ensure we are a strong fit before beginning work together. If my services are not the right match for your needs, I am happy to help guide you toward appropriate resources to support your health goals.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) is certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association. The primary goal of nutritional therapy is to support optimal wellness by restoring balance in the body.

Nutritional therapy is not a program or a prescribed diet — it is a bio-individual process used to identify personal roadblocks to health, assess unique nutritional needs, and make tailored dietary recommendations. With consistent one-on-one support and regular check-ins, this approach is designed to create sustainable, long-term change.

We do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Each person has a unique genetic, environmental, and lifestyle makeup that influences their nutritional needs. By honoring this bio-individuality, we can develop a personalized plan that supports your specific goals, while providing guidance, accountability, and motivation throughout the process.

Work With Me

Sustainable progress is best achieved through consistency, accountability, and ongoing support. For this reason, new clients begin with a three-month / three-session package, which allows time to establish a solid foundation and make individualized adjustments as needed. After this initial period, individual sessions and monthly packages are available.

To support long-term success, clients receive unlimited text and email support between appointments for questions and guidance, along with access to discounted fitness plans as part of a comprehensive approach to health.
